Introduction
This Cookie Policy (the Policy) explains how and when Tri Tech Technology (also referred to as TTT, we, us, or our) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website and SaaS loyalty platform (the Platform), and how you can manage your cookie preferences.
We use a cookie consent banner on the Platform. Strictly necessary cookies are placed automatically, but all other cookies require your active consent before they are set. You can update your preferences at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer of our Platform.
If you have any questions about this Policy, please contact us at info@tritechtechnologyllc.com.
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are downloaded to your browser when you visit a website or log in to a platform. They help the site recognise you, remember your preferences, and retain information about your actions across sessions.
Cookies may originate from the Platform itself (first-party cookies) or from third-party services that we integrate with, such as Stripe, Intercom, and Google. Each third-party provider operates under its own privacy and cookie policies, which we link to where relevant.
We also use similar browser-based technologies, specifically Local Storage and Session Storage, which function like cookies but store data directly in your browser rather than being sent with every server request. These are explained further in the section below.
Cookies We Use
We categorise the cookies and storage technologies used on our Platform into the following groups. Where a category requires your consent, this is noted below.
Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are essential for the Platform to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They are set in response to actions you take, such as logging in, setting your preferences, or progressing through an onboarding or registration flow. Without these cookies, core parts of the Platform including authentication, session continuity, and multi-step setup cannot work. Because they are strictly necessary to deliver the service you have requested, no consent is required before they are set.
Session cookie
Provider: TTTRetention: Session, until sign-out
Stores your encrypted authentication token, which validates your identity and keeps you securely logged in across the Dashboard and all authenticated Platform features.
Registration progress
Provider: TTTRetention: Session
Preserves the state of your account registration flow, including details entered across steps, so your progress is not lost if you navigate away or close the browser mid-signup.
Onboarding progress
Provider: TTTRetention: Session
Maintains your general onboarding workflow progress, including completed setup steps, pending configuration tasks, and guided activation status across the initial account journey.
Company setup progress
Provider: TTTRetention: Session
Stores company-specific data entered during the multi-step business onboarding flow, including business name, industry, programme configuration, and branch details, so your entries are preserved between steps.
Functional Cookies
These cookies are not strictly necessary, but they enable a significantly better and more personalised experience of the Platform. They remember your preferences, restore your dashboard configuration between visits, and retain your prospecting and search settings so you do not have to re-enter them each time. If you disable these cookies, some features of the Platform may not work as expected, and your saved preferences may not be retained between sessions.
Language preference
Provider: TTTRetention: Persistent until cleared
Stores your selected language or locale preference so the Platform interface is consistently displayed in your preferred language across all sessions.
Dashboard view
Provider: TTTRetention: Session
Preserves your customer dashboard interface state, including active tab selections, view mode preferences, applied filters, and pagination position, so your configured view is restored each time you return.
Dashboard parameters
Provider: TTTRetention: Session
Saves your Dashboard query parameters, including active date ranges, sort orders, and selected metrics, enabling your view to be restored automatically when you navigate back to the Dashboard.
Security Cookies
These cookies are used to protect the Platform and its users from automated abuse, bot activity, and fraudulent submissions. They are classified as essential and are placed without requiring separate consent, as they form part of the security infrastructure necessary to keep the Platform safe.
Security verification
Provider: GoogleRetention: Session, up to 6 months
Set by Google reCAPTCHA v3 to distinguish legitimate human users from automated bots on login, registration, and sensitive form submission pages. reCAPTCHA analyses interaction signals such as mouse movement and keypress timing to produce a risk score. Used solely for security, not for advertising.
How We Use Cookies
TTT uses cookies and similar technologies to:
- Ensure the Platform functions correctly and keeps you securely logged in during your session.
- Recognise you when you return to the Platform and restore your preferences, dashboard settings, and saved workflows.
- Preserve your progress through multi-step registration, onboarding, and setup flows so you do not lose your work.
- Analyse how the Platform is used in aggregate so we can improve its performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Protect the Platform against automated bot activity, fraudulent submissions, and credential attacks.
- Provide in-app customer support through the Intercom messenger and process payments securely through Stripe.
We do not use cookies to deliver targeted advertising on the Platform. Marketing cookies are not set on this Platform.
Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies on the Platform are set by third-party services that we use to deliver payment processing and in-app customer support. TTT does not control these cookies, and they are governed by the privacy policies of their respective providers, which we link to below. If you wish to opt out of these cookies, please refer to the Managing Your Cookie Preferences section.
Stripe Payment Processing and Fraud Prevention
We use Stripe, Inc. to process all subscription payments on the Platform. As part of its fraud detection and payment session validation systems, Stripe sets the following cookie on your browser. This cookie is used exclusively for payment security purposes and is not used by Stripe for targeted advertising or unrelated tracking.
Stripe payment session
Provider: Stripe, Inc.Retention: 1 year
A persistent merchant identifier that allows Stripe to recognise your browser across payment sessions, support fraud risk assessment, and validate the integrity of payment transactions conducted through the Platform.
For more information, see the Stripe Privacy Policy.
Intercom Customer Support and In-App Messaging
We use Intercom, Inc. to power the in-app support messenger available in the Platform Dashboard. Intercom sets cookies and browser storage entries to maintain the continuity of support conversations and recognise returning users across sessions.
Intercom device identifier
Provider: Intercom, Inc.Retention: Up to 9 months
A persistent device identifier specific to this Platform's Intercom workspace. Allows Intercom to recognise your browser across sessions and maintain a continuous support conversation history, preserving context and chat records.
Intercom messenger state
Provider: Intercom, Inc.Retention: Session or Persistent
Stores the current state of the Intercom support messenger, including whether the chat window is open or closed, active conversation thread references, notification status, and user identity context.
For more information, see the Intercom Privacy Policy.
Managing Your Cookie Preferences
Cookie Consent Banner
When you first visit the Platform, you will be presented with a consent notice. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies at that point. You can revisit and update your preferences at any time using the cookie settings link in the Platform footer.
Browser Settings
Most browsers allow you to view, manage, and delete cookies through their privacy or settings menus. Please note that blocking all cookies will prevent you from logging in and will cause core Platform features to stop working. You can find guidance for your browser below:
Clearing Local Storage and Session Storage
Local Storage and Session Storage are not cleared by standard cookie-deletion actions. To remove Platform storage data, open your browser developer tools (F12), navigate to Application then Storage, and clear the entries manually. Alternatively, use the Clear Site Data option in your browser's privacy settings.
Third-Party Opt-Outs
You can manage preferences for third-party cookies through each provider's own settings.
- Google reCAPTCHA. Managed through Google Account Settings.
- Intercom. Managed through the in-app support messenger preferences within the Platform Dashboard.
- Stripe. Managed through Stripe's Cookie Settings.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the technologies we use, the third-party services we integrate with, or applicable legal and regulatory requirements. When we make updates, we will revise the Last Updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after any changes take effect indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
